This Appointment Policy applies to all users and customers of TimelySet.io ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by NEONPIXEL IT LIMITED. By using our appointment scheduling services, you agree to abide by this policy.
Availability: Appointments are available based on the availability set by the user (e.g., a service provider or organization) within the platform.
Appointment Confirmation: Once an appointment is scheduled, a confirmation email or notification will be sent to the customer and the service provider. The appointment is considered confirmed once the customer receives this confirmation.
Appointment Details: It is the responsibility of the user (e.g., service provider) to ensure all details regarding the appointment (e.g., location, time, service description) are accurate at the time of booking.
Time Zone: Please ensure that the correct time zone is selected when scheduling an appointment to avoid confusion.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the platform, where available. This will help ensure the availability of both parties.
Modification: Modifications (such as changing the service or duration) can be made directly via the platform if permitted by the service provider. Some modifications may incur additional charges.
Notification: All changes made to the appointment (rescheduling, modification) will be communicated to the customer and service provider via email or notification.
Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee as defined by the service provider.
Cancellation by Service Provider: If the service provider needs to cancel the appointment, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued. The provider should offer an alternative appointment time.
No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the service provider may charge a no-show fee, as outlined by their individual policy. This fee is non-refundable.
Late Arrival by Customer: If the customer arrives late to an appointment, the service provider may reduce the service time accordingly. If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and the customer may incur a late arrival fee or be subject to the provider's no-show policy.
Late Arrival by Service Provider: If the service provider arrives late to an appointment, the customer will be notified, and the service provider will make efforts to either reschedule or provide a service within the remaining available time.
Automatic Reminders: Customers will receive automated appointment reminders via email and/or SMS 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they receive and read these reminders.
Custom Reminders: Service providers may choose to set up additional or customized reminders based on their specific preferences.
Payment: All appointments booked through TimelySet.io are subject to fees set and collected directly by the service provider. TimelySet.io acts solely as the platform that facilitates appointment scheduling and does not handle or process payments. Payments for services are processed through the service provider’s integrated payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.), and the service provider is responsible for managing their payment terms, such as whether payment is required upfront, upon arrival, or through installments.
Payment Terms: Service providers define their own payment policies, which may include advance payments, deposits, or full payment at the time of booking. These terms are displayed clearly to the customer during the booking process. Customers should review the payment requirements before confirming the appointment.
Refunds: Refund eligibility is solely determined by the service provider’s individual refund policy. If an appointment is cancelled within the specified time frame (e.g., 24 hours), customers may be eligible for a refund. However, the amount and timing of the refund will depend on the service provider’s discretion and terms. Customers are advised to contact the service provider directly for any refund requests.
No Responsibility for Payment Disputes: TimelySet.io is not responsible for any disputes between the customer and the service provider regarding payments, refunds, or fees. Any issues or disagreements concerning payment transactions must be addressed directly with the service provider, who is solely responsible for managing customer payments and handling any associated disputes.
If a dispute arises regarding an appointment, such as cancellations, fees, or service delivery, the customer should first contact the service provider through the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter can be escalated to our support team at contact@timelyset.io for further assistance.
We may update this Appointment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
